Kellie’s classes are meant to be challenging. As a result, her students don’t get bored. The moves can be modified to meet you at your fitness level, whether you’re new to exercise, back from an injury, pregnant, or just want to take it easy.  And, when you’re ready to level-up, Kellie will show you how to push your limits.

All four class formats together offer the perfect combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, high intensity interval training, and mobility training.

Zumba

Zumba® Fitness takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic, Latin-infused and World music. The choreography incorporates a variety of dance genres like hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, reggaeton, moombahton, cumbia, bachata, and bhangra, to name a few. Squats and lunges are integrated throughout.

You’ll get a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. And, you’ll leave each class with boosted energy, a serious dose of awesomeness, and a deficit of about 500 – 800+ calories!

 

Zumba Toning

Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio dance fitness moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using Zumba® toning sticks or lightweight dumbbells, you’ll work every muscle group while you groove to amazing music from around the world.

The challenge of adding resistance by using toning sticks or light weights, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! The lightweight maraca-like toning sticks enhance a sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Want to party while putting extra emphasis on toning and sculpting your muscles? Then add some Zumba® Toning to your weekly routine! Toning sticks are available for use at the studio.

 

STRONG30

Torch and tone like never before with this high-intensity, full-body workout. No equipment necessary. STRONG Nation™ is a revolutionary 30-minute, H.I.I.T. program where every single cardio and muscle-conditioning move is perfectly synced to original music. So instead of counting reps, you train to the beat, pushing past your limits and torching more calories. It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves to help reach your total body transformation in 30 minutes. Be sure to bring a mat for the floorwork. Fingerless, padded gloves are optional for planks and push-ups.

 

CIRCL Mobility

CIRCL Mobility™ is a movement system designed to unleash the body’s physical restrictions. Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibilitybreathwork, and mobility exercises to help you move better, longer. This 30-minute class is set to a soundtrack of healing tones + sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress.

Combined with resistance and cardiovascular exercise, the CIRCL Mobility™ Program’s Mobility Modules complete the cycle of integrated training for health, longevity, and vitality. CIRCL Mobility™ will nurture the body by restoring balance, enhancing joint mobility, and increasing muscle recovery. And, best of all, it feels good!

Anyone and everyone will benefit from the CIRCL Mobility™ Program. A regular dose of the program will help improve balance, reduce stiffness, enhance joint range of motion, hydrate the fascia, and optimize activities of daily life and sport.

Dance Fitness Fusion

Dance Fitness Fusion combines routines from Zumba, Zumba Toning, STRONG, and CIRCL Mobility to offer the perfect combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, high intensity interval training, and mobility training. You’ll get a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

 

Plate by Zumba

The Plate by Zumba™ course focuses on the science behind nutrition and healthy eating. As an instructor, I can teach and assist students in making habit changes that will change the way they eat and live, and help them to reach their goals and maintain optimal health.
